Throughout this intensive 4-day camp, participants will receive high-quality training from our top academy coaches. Our curriculum is specifically designed around the key pillars that scouts and coaches prioritize:

• Ball Control & First Touch
• Passing Precision
• Field Awareness
• Movement

Whether you are new to competitive soccer or a seasoned player aiming for the next level, our camp provides a supportive environment to boost your confidence and refine your technique.

Wichita Surf ID Sessions

U8 – U10 | U11 – U13

YOUR PATHWAY STARTS HERE

We are excited to officially announce our Wichita Surf Friday Night ID Sessions – Surf Select Identification Series for the upcoming 2026–2027 season.

✔ This series provides players with a high-quality training and evaluation environment, allowing our coaching staff to identify players over multiple sessions—not just a single tryout.

✔ This series provides players with an opportunity to participate in the Surf Select regional and national programs.

WHAT IS SURF SELECT?

Surf Select is the highest level of player identification within Wichita Surf. Top-performing players identified through this process may be invited into:

• Surf Select Training Environments
• Top Team Placement within their age group
• Regional & National Surf opportunities

WHAT TO EXPECT

• High-level training sessions led by Wichita Surf coaching staff
• Evaluation across multiple sessions for a complete assessment
• Clear communication and feedback
• Structured pathway into Surf Select and team placement

Schedule

• 5:30 – 6:30 PM: U8 – U10
• 6:30 – 7:30 PM: U11 – U13

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE

While official KSYSA tryouts begin in June, many roster decisions will be made through this identification process. Players are strongly encouraged to attend both sessions to allow our staff to make the most accurate evaluation possible.

High school female players are welcome to register and where appropriate, we will reach out and coordinate independent one-on-one training opportunities in compliance with KSHSAA guidelines, provided the instruction remains strictly individual (one player and one coach).
